After you drop off your device at our storefront, our computer gurus will:
Run diagnostics to figure out what’s wrong.
Provide an estimate of what it will take to fix the problem.
Ask for your approval before doing the work.
Our prices typically are lower than anywhere else in town because of our large inventory of recycled and refurbished components. We love to support other local businesses, so if we don’t carry a part, we will try to find it in Manhattan, KS, if we can.
Teknix Solutions provides a 30-day warranty on all repair work. Some individual components might come with a longer warranty. If you have any problems, you can bring back your device – no questions asked. We’ll do our best to re-assess and fix the problem and leave you satisfied.
