When you buy refurbished, you’re getting a machine exactly like it would have been on Day 1, straight out of the box. Refurbished devices go through a detailed inspection checklist. Our certified technicians make sure every square inch of hardware and software is tip-top. This could include replacing the hard drive, adding memory, installing the latest operating system, replacing a cracked screen, and more. Devices may have some minor cosmetic blemishes. These will be disclosed to the buyer ahead of time.
All machines are refurbished on-site and come with a 30-day warranty. If you have any problems, you can bring back your device – no questions asked.
